Service point picker doesn't work?
In this case, first check whether the correct shipping method has been selected. Look in the configuration for the correct shipping method under the location selector.
The 'forward to SendCloud' button is not visible
This can be a different packing slip or check-out module in Magento. Remove the old Magento module and install the latest version in your FTP data. Make sure you always remove the old module before you install a new one to prevent overwriting.
Magento places orders twice in SendCloud
Check if you have installed the old Magento module. If you have removed this old module, install the latest version.
The same status continues to send orders continuously, installing a new version of Magento may also be a solution for this issue.
Automatic transporting does not work
The 'order status' and the 'transporting on order status' cannot have the same status in your Magento account. You can find this in the configuration screen of your Magento.
Magento transporter is not working
Check in the FTP data whether you have installed the current module and check whether it is installed over an existing module.
If this does not help, remove the existing module and install the latest Magento module.
Code 404 error
The 404 code where SendCloud must be in the configuration.
Log in again and / or refresh the cache of your Magento. You can do this both in your Magento account and in your FTP data. The Cache needs to be refreshed to get SendCloud in the configuration.
