Lightspeed functionality overview
In the table below you can see the functions that Sendcloud supports for Lightspeed. If the parcel item, total order price value, shop currency, or order comment are not important in Sendcloud, you are most likely still using version 1 (V1). You can see this in your Sendcloud account at Setting > Integrations. The connected Lightspeed integration will either say Lightspeed V1 or Lightspeed V2.
How do I move to version 2 (V2)?
If you are still using V1 and would like to switch to V2, you can disconnect your current V1 integration via the Disconnect button at Settings > Integrations. After you have disconnected your integration, you can search for Lightspeed V2 in the search bar and connect your online store to Sendcloud by following the steps in our Connecting Lightspeed to Sendcloud article.
