Purpose: Learn how to easily connect your Mirakl Connect stores with Sendcloud in a matter of minutes. |
If you only use one Mirakl marketplace, please see our Mirakl integration article for more information. Continue reading below to learn how you can use Mirakl Connect to integrate multiple Mirakl marketplaces to Sendcloud.
Before getting started, make sure that you have an active Mirakl Connect account. Please see Mirakl Documentation Portal for more information on getting started with Mirakl Connect.
Step 1: Connect
- In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Integrations
- Find Mirakl Connect (not Mirakl) in the list of available integrations and click Connect
- Enter a name for the integration and click Save. After clicking Save, the credentials will be checked. If this process is successful, the Go to configuration button will appear.
- If you are already logged in at Mirakl Connect, you will go straight to the configuration page. If you are not logged in, you will first have to go through the login steps.
Step 2: Configure
The information on the configuration page is optional. We do advise you to fill in as much information as you can, as it helps to connect (and automate) certain information from Sendcloud to Mirakl Connect.
Configure order carrier mapping
Carrier mapping is used to link the carriers from Sendcloud to the carriers from Mirakl Connect. The configuration will already show the list of carriers activated in your Sendcloud account. Mirakl Connect also has a predefined list of carriers that can be used*. When you fill in the Mirakl Connect carrier code in the field behind the Sendcloud carrier name, the carrier with whom the label was created will also be visible in Mirakl. If you leave the field empty or if you fill in a name that Mirakl Connect doesn't recognize, it will show as "unmapped".
*Where do I find the Mirakl Connect carrier code?
You can find the Mirakl Connect carrier codes in your Mirakl Connect account at Setting > Platform > Carriers. On the left you will find the carrier name and on the right the corresponding code. The carrier code is what you need to fill in at the carrier mapping.
Order number
Configure order number field: you can select Order ID or Channel order ID. The Order ID is the ID given by Mirakl Connect. The Channel Order ID is the order ID that is linked to your marketplace. If you want to have different order IDs per marketplace, you need to select Channel order ID.
Order number cut: if you select this option, the order number will be cut off at 14 characters. Some carriers have restrictions on the amount of characters that can be used. If this is the case, you can use this option to ensure that this doesn't cause any issues.
Synchronize all channels
If this option is selected, the orders from all channels (marketplaces) connected to your Mirakl Connect account, will be imported into Sendcloud. If you don't select this option, you will need to fill in the channel names of the marketplaces you do want to have imported into Sendcloud. Use commas to separate your marketplaces.

Enable sending of channel information
When an order from Mirakl Connect is imported into Sendcloud, it will contain the Checkout method that your customer selected. You can find this in Sendcloud at Shipping > Incoming orders > Open an order with the eye icon > Find the Checkout method in the overview on the right.
If you want the Checkout method to contain the name of your marketplace (e.g. Service point - Marketplace A), you can select this option.
Why is this beneficial?
You can use shipping rules based on your Checkout name. This means that you could create a rule that says IF Checkout delivery method CONTAINS Marketplace A THEN Ship with [Shipping method]. This helps you assign a specific shipping method to a specific marketplace.
Configure international shipping mapping
If you ship to an international destination that requires customs documents, you can map your settings here. This automates some of the steps you would otherwise need to take within Sendcloud. You can map the following things:
- Shipment type
- Product SKU
- HS code
- Country (of origin)
You can also set up a default for the items you didn't map individually.
After you have completed the configuration, you can save and continue by clicking on the Save button. Your orders from the last 30 days should now be imported and you can start using your Mirakl Connect - Sendcloud integration.
