Address to Locker
Service presentation:
You can use this method for Locker deliveries. This gives your customers the freedom to pick up their parcel at a time that suits them.

- Delivery at one of the InPost lockers or InPost Points in Italy
- Estimated delivery time: 2 work days
- Tracking available
- The parcel will be held for 3 days at the locker. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and new shipping costs will apply

How to start using this shipping method:
Sender's warehouse needs to be located in a supported ZIP code area.
This shipping method can only be used in combination with a recurring pick-up and is only available from our Lite subscription. If you want to ship using the Address to Locker method and you have a volume of at least 10 parcels per pick-up, contact our support team or your dedicated account manager to request activation. See section pick-ups for the required information that you must include in your request.
Locker to Locker
Service presentation
You can use this method for Locker deliveries. This gives your customers the freedom to pick up their parcel at a time that suits them. Parcels can be handed over and shipped at a locker or at an InPost point. It's not possible to use this method in combination with a pick-up. This shipping method is available as from our Free plan.

Home Delivery (2Home)
Service presentation:
The 2Home service allows you to deliver parcels directly to your customers’ home addresses within Italy. This service is designed for areas covered by InPost’s home delivery network. You can ship either using a pickup from your warehouse or by dropping off your parcel at an InPost service point. These methods are only available for supported postal codes.
Characteristics of the product:
- Delivery to home address
- Delivery days: Monday - Saturday
- Estimated delivery time: 48–72 hours (may vary depending on the postal code)
- Tracking available
- 2 delivery attempts included
- If delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the parcel is redirected to the nearest InPost locker or service point
- The parcel will be held for 3 days at the pickup point. If not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipment cost will apply
Pickup conditions:
- Minimum volume: 25 parcels per pickup
- Only recurring pickups are supported (no incidental pickups)
- Pickup requests must be arranged via Customer Support or your account manager.

Returns
Service presentation
The end customer can drop off their return parcel at an InPost locker or InPost Point in Italy. The parcel will get returned to the merchant's return address (warehouse).

How to start using this return method:
- If you have previously requested to use the Address to Locker shipping method and activation has already been approved by our team, there are no additional requirements. To start using this return method, contact our support team to request activation.

- Direct contract with the carrier required

This method enables international shipments from an InPost Locker or Point in Italy directly to a locker in another EU country. It’s a flexible option for cross-border deliveries without requiring pick-up services.

Pick-ups
If you're interested in a recurring pick-up, you can reach out to our Customer Support team. Please prepare the information in the dropdown menu below in advance, to make sure your request can be handled as quickly as possible. There is a minimum of 10 parcels. Recurring pick-ups are only available to users with a Lite, Growth or Premium Sendcloud subscription.

Pick-ups only take place on weekdays (Monday - Friday). If a pick-up didn't take place, InPost will automatically come by the following workday.

Claims
InPost Italy doesn't have standard insurance. Claims are therefore based on 1 EUR per kg. If you're experiencing trouble with your shipment, please create a support ticket. You can do so by going to Support > Submit a request for a shipment.
