Delivery timeframe: Please note that our historical data of the carrier performance shows that the average delivery timeframes of Evri are 2-4 days for mainland UK deliveries. Please keep this in mind when shipping your parcels, especially when shipping during peak season and holidays.

Evri Light & Large
Service Presentation
This service ensures that parcels exceeding the dimensions and weight limits of standard shipping are handled appropriately, preventing returns and delays.
- The "Light and Large Parcel" service is designed for parcels that weigh more than 15 kg but less than 30 kg, and/or have dimensions that exceed standard limits.
- It is suitable for parcels with a single dimension exceeding 1.20 m and for those with combined dimensions exceeding 2.25 m (calculated as the largest dimension plus two times each of the other dimensions).
- The parcel should not exceed a maximum length of 1.8 m, a maximum girth of 2.4 m, or a maximum combined length and girth of 4.2 m.
Shipping method features:
- Domestic Service: This service is available only within the UK.
- Booking Requirements: You must input the parcel dimensions correctly for the service to be booked accurately.
- Avoid Delays: Use the Light & Large service if regular parcel dimensions (for Evri Standard & Next Day labels) are exceeded to avoid parcels being returned to the sender or experiencing shipping delays.

Isle of Skye
Special Delivery Process for the Isle of Skye: For deliveries to the Isle of Skye, all parcels are automatically diverted to a ParcelShop near the customer’s address. Parcels are delivered to these ParcelShops twice weekly and securely stored for up to 10 days. Customers will receive two email notifications: one when the parcel arrives at the local depot, and another when it is ready for collection at the ParcelShop.
If customers need to return parcels, they can use the same ParcelShop location or any of the other ParcelShop locations on the island. Below is a list of accessible ParcelShops on the Isle of Skye:

Sendcloud does not currently support Evri return shipping methods. To make a return, please use Evri C2C.
Insurance

Standard Liability: Each parcel is covered for up to £20.00 for loss only. There is no coverage for damage. Please note that shipping costs are not included in this liability and will not be refunded.

High-Value Parcels: For items of higher value, we strongly recommend adding Sendcloud Shipping Protection to insure against damage and loss.

Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is damaged during transit, Evri may dispose of it to prevent harm to other parcels, or return it to sender. Unfortunately, parcels damaged during transit are not covered by any claim.

Lost Parcels: Claims for lost items must be initiated within 28 days of label creation. Evri will not accept any claims made after this period, and a refund will not be possible.

Returns: Please be aware that the default carrier insurance does not cover returns including unjust returns. To ensure coverage, consider adding XCover insurance for return shipments.

- You will be charged the difference in commercial rate plus a flat surcharge of £0.60.
For example: You prepare a shipping label for a parcel weighing 1 kg. The actual weight of the parcel is 3 kg. You will be charged for the difference in commercial rate between a 1kg and a 3kg parcel, plus £0.60.

Peak surcharge
What are peak surcharges?
During Black Friday and Christmas, there is a radical increase in shipping volumes.
Shipping carriers charge peak season surcharges to ensure that service levels and the delivery experience are still maintained despite this influx of increased shipments during this period. These additional fees compensate for the additional costs shopping carriers face, including increased staffing and longer service hours. They are applied in addition to other, regular surcharges.
During the period 15.11.2024 - 10.01.2025 EVRi UK charges a surcharge of £0.07 per parcel.
Evri has prepared a document about the General Transport Conditions. If you waive the terms, then an additional charge will be charged on your invoice. When you start shipping with Evri, you automatically agree to the following terms:
