eBay Integration

Purpose: Learn how to connect your eBay store with Sendcloud in a matter of minutes. 

Step 1: Integration with Sendcloud

1. In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find eBay in the list of integrations and click Connect.
3. You will be redirected to eBay where you are prompted to sign in with your eBay shop account details.
4. Once you successfully log in, you will be asked to grant application access to Sendcloud. Click the button I agree to continue.
5. You will be redirected back to Sendcloud when the connection is authorised. 
6. Your eBay orders will now automatically be imported into the incoming order overview in Sendcloud. 

Step 2: Edit your settings

1. In your Sendcloud account, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find eBay in the list of integrations and click on Configure to enter the integration settings menu.
3. In the dropdown menu for Shop feedback, you can choose the moment when feedback is sent from Sendcloud back to eBay.
4. You can also choose to ☑ Import the parcel weight from orders from eBay to Sendcloud to ensure that the shipping methods you can choose from relate to the parcel weight.
