Objetivo: Descubre cómo conectar tu propio contrato de GLS con tu cuenta de Sendcloud en tres sencillos pasos.
Paso 1: Activa tu suscripción a Sendcloud
Sendcloud ofrece tres suscripciones con las que puedes utilizar su propio contrato de transporte: Lite, Growth y Premium.
Para obtener más información sobre el plan que mejor te conviene con respecto a las necesidades de tu negocio, siempre puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros a través de la sección de soporte de tu cuenta de Sendcloud o visita nuestra página web.
Paso 2: Conecta tu contrato
Una vez que hayas activado una suscripción a Sendcloud, puedes conectar tu contrato de transportista.
En tu panel de Sendcloud, ve a Envío > Transportistas. A continuación, ve a la pestaña Mis contratos y busca GLS España. Haz clic en Añadir tu propio contrato. Aquí puedes añadir las credenciales necesarias para validar la conexión con GLS.
Paso 3: Completa los datos de tu cuenta de GLS
Ingresa los datos de tu cuenta de GLS y no te olvides de hacer clic en Añadir este contrato al terminar.
Creación de envíos
- Nombre del contrato → Este campo es opcional. Te permite darle un nombre en Sendcloud a tu contrato, como por ejemplo "Mi contrato de GLS".
- Client ID (número de cliente) → Número de cliente que te puede proporcionar tu gestor de cuenta de GLS. Formato similar a 123-1234.
- UID Cliente → Contraseña que puede obtener a través de tu asesor de ventas de GLS.
Devoluciones en parcel shop (V3)
- App ID - Shop Returns Customer Plus API v3
- Client ID - Shop Returns Customer Plus API v3
- Client Secret - Shop Returns Customer Plus API v3
Devoluciones internacionales
Si quieres ofrecer devoluciones internacionales con GLS, tienes que rellenar también lo siguiente:
- PortalKey for International Returns service
Aduanas
La clave API y la API secret son necesarias si quieres transferir datos de aduanas a GLS. Para obtener tu clave API y tu secret, abre el portal de desarrolladores de GLS, sigue las instrucciones de «Empezar» y habilita la API de aduanas.
- Customs API Key → Suele ser parecido a: Abc1dE2fgHi4JKLMn5oPuvw6XYz
- Customs API Secret → Suele ser parecido a: 0A1b2Cd3eFG4hIj5
Nota: Es importante que pidas a tu gestor de ventas de GLS que cree un identificador de API web específico para tu cuenta, de modo que puedas conectar tu contrato a tu cuenta de Sendcloud. Si no encuentras alguna de las credenciales anteriores, ponte en contacto con GLS.
