Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth, and the Premium plan.

Step 2: Connect your StoreShippers contract
Once you have activated your Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel, navigate to Shipping > Carriers. Find StoreShippers in the list of carriers and press enable own contract. You will be automatically redirected to the ''My contracts'' tab, where you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to StoreShippers.
Step 3: Enter your StoreShippers account details
You will need to enter the following details into the correct fields and click Add this contract when you are done:
Required credentials:
- Client ID
- Token
If you have not yet received your login/access information or if an error indicates that the credentials are incorrect, please contact your StoreShippers Account Manager and provide the information requested above. They will be able to provide you with access to your StoreShippers contract.
Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your StoreShippers contract should now be successfully linked to your Sendcloud platform, and you can start shipping at your own rates.
