If you ship wine via our conditions with DPD AT, you can order wine boxes via DPD AT. The following surcharges will be charged:

Please note that this surcharge will only be charged for shipments from Austria to Germany. For the order, a customer number is necessary. If you do not have one yet, please contact our support, we will gladly ask for the activation at DPD AT.
The following fee will be charged:
0 - 10 kg = 1,49€
10 - 31.5 kg = 4,99€
Fuel surcharge
Due to the continuous increase of the fuel prices, Sendcloud is forced to introduce the fuel surcharge for DPD. During the second half of 2021, we've taken the loss due to the increasing fuel prices on us. This was with the assumption that prices would eventually go down/normalize again. Considering the current political situation and the economical climate, we don't expect this'll happen any time soon. Because of this we've introduced a temporary fuel surcharge.
How do we calculate this surcharge?
Per 1% over the 3% fuel surcharge an amount of 0.04 EUR/parcel will be charged.
Example: If the DPD fuel surcharge is 6.5%, then a surcharge of 0.14 EUR (3.5 x 0.04 EUR) will apply.
Important information about shipments to UK:
It is important that the required export documents are clearly visible on the outside of the shipment for shipments to the UK. In addition, DPD charges a surcharge of €7.55 for these shipments.

Parcel pickup
If you want a pickup, we need to request a customer number from DPD AT.
We can request this if at least 20 packages are shipped per month. A service fee of 9,95* € is charged up to and including 29 parcels per month. Please note: If two different pickup addresses are saved in a Sendcloud account, DPD AT will also charge a fee of €9.95 twice. Single parcel pickups are €2.10 / €3.15 for two parcel pickups. Here are some examples of cases for better explanation.
- You ship more than 29 parcels per month, but only hand over 1 parcel to the driver. The service fee does not apply, but the fee for individual pickup does. You will be charged €2.10.
- You ship less than 30 parcels per month, but hand over 3 parcels to the driver for pickup. The service fee applies, the fee for individual pickup does not. You will be charged €9.95.
- You ship less than 30 parcels per month and hand over only 1 parcel to the driver for pickup. You will be charged both the service fee and the fee for individual pickup. You will be charged €9.95 + €2.10.
- You ship less than 30 parcels per month and hand over only 2 parcels to the driver for pickup. You will be charged both the service fee and the fee for individual pickup. You will be charged €9.95 + €3.15.
Important information about DPD AT Schachinger (depot 0644/0624/0633 - Hörsching):
The creation of a customer number for pick-ups is only possible from a parcel quantity of 50 per month. To create a customer number at DPD AT Schachinger, please contact our support.
