Purpose: Learn how to connect your own contract with BRT in Sendcloud or how to use Sendcloud rates to ship with BRT. Either way, shipping with BRT via Sendcloud is only possible from a Lite subscription onwards.
Activate BRT with Sendcloud rates
Sendcloud gives you the possibility to ship with our pre-negotiated rates. Before shipping with BRT, we advise you read carefully their Shipping conditions.
If you ship at Sendcloud's rates and do not send any package within three months, we will deactivate the carrier and you will not be able to ship with BRT at our rates anymore.
Step 1: Finish the basic configuration of your Sendcloud account
- Account details are filled in
- Email address is verified
- Invoice and sender address are added
- Payment is enabled
- Your online store is connected
Step 2: Send your request to our support team

Fill in the following form and send it via email to support@sendcloud.com or via ticket (select 'Other questions' category).-

*Keep in mind that pickups are subject to location availability and that they can be disrupted during holidays or the peak season.
Step 3: Confirmation & activation
Once BRT has authorized the new activation, our support team will enable the carrier for you on our system and will contact you to confirm everything has been set up correctly and that you can start
This process takes between 1-3 working days (low season) / 2-5 days (peak season).
Connect your own BRT contract
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth, and the Premium plan.

Step 2: Enable your carrier contract
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Settings > Carriers. Go to the My contracts tab and find Correos from the list. Click Add contract. Here you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to BRT.
Before proceeding keep in mind you need to ask your account manager at BRT to make sure your credentials are enabled for webservices. You may use the following template to contact your account manager at BRT:

Step 3: Enter your BRT contract details
Complete the form with the information below and click Add this contract when you are done.
- Contract name (optional)
- Customer code
- FTP password
- Barcode prefix (optional, max. 12 characters)
- Rate code national
- International rate code - EuroExpress (optional)
- Rate code international - DPDGroup (optional)
- Rate code - Direct2PUDO (optional)
- Rate code - Return from Shop (optional)
- Depot code - Return from Shop (optional)
- Tick the box Use BRT webservice
Done! If you successfully connected your own BRT contract to your Sendcloud account, you can start shipping with your own BRT rates. When you create a label with a BRT shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
