Purpose: This is a guide on how to schedule your packages to be picked up by your chosen carrier. You schedule your packages to be picked up once or on fixed days. Each carrier has its own conditions and guidelines regarding the pickups. You can also opt to drop your shipments off at the service points of our affiliated carriers.
Correos
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. If you wish to schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an Incidental Pickup from our panel. Click here to learn how. You must have a paid Subscription Plan from Small Shop and on wards, Essential plans do not have this feature.
- Minimum 10 parcels per pickup
- Must be requested 1 work-day before (low season) and 3 working days before (high season)
- Pickups with Correos work by shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:00-14:00 hrs*
- Afternoon Shift: 15:00-19:00 hrs*
- For special pallet pickups please contact support.
- Costs: free
Due to high volumes recurring or fixed pickups are temporarily suspended.
Please note: Available times can vary and are subjected to the availability of the local office. During high season, holiday season and causes of force majeure pickup times may vary.

Correos Express

- Minimum 1 parcels per pickup
- Pickups with Correos Express work by shifts:
- Morning Shift: 10:00-14:00 hrs*
- Afternoon Shift: 15:00-19:00 hrs*
- Same day incidental pickups can only be scheduled for the afternoon shift and they must be requested before 12:00 hrs*.
- Incidental pickups for the morning shift must be scheduled the previous working day before 16:00 hrs*.
- For special pallet pickups please contact support.
- Costs for Essential plan users: 2,00€ per pickup (01-05) parcels + 0,40€ per additional parcel. Paying users incidental pickups are free of charge.
- A surcharge of 2,50€ will be invoiced for every failed delivery in which the client is responsible, this means any pickup that could not take place for the following reasons:
- The client does not have any parcels to be picked up
- The client does not have the parcels ready to be picked up
- The address provided is wrong or incomplete
- The contact person is absent and the driver can not reach them.
- Attention: Correos Express does not copy the Address 2 line field, all Address information needs to be on Address line 1 (300 characters max.) in your Pickup Address
Fixed or recurring pickups are those that happen regularly, in other words, more than once, they can be daily pickups or just on a fixed day(s) of the week, depending on your needs.
For recurring or fixed pickups you will need to contact support by sending an email to support@sendcloud.com with the following info:
- Carrier: Correos Express
- Company Name:
- Person of contact's name (who will hand the packages to Correos Express):
- Address, House Number and Flat Number:
- Postal Code and City:
- Phone (Spain):
- Email:
- Number of packages to be picked up:
- Total Weight (kg):
- Packages size (envelope, small, medium or large):
- Days for the pickups (Monday-Friday):
- Observations (any special notes for the carrier):
- Date for the pick-up (must be 2 working days after the date requested):
- Time frame Mornings (9:00 - 14:00 hrs) or Afternoons (15:00-20:00 hrs)*:
Conditions for recurring or fixed pickups:
- 1 parcels minimum - 99 parcels maximum per pickup
- Minimum 3 pickups a week, if it is less you must schedule an incidental pickup.
- Pickups can only be requested Monday through Friday, there are no pickups on weekends or holidays.
- If you don't have parcels to be picked up, please contact the local office to notify them. If not a surcharge may be applied.
- During normal season pickups must be requested 2 working days in advance, and 4 working days in advance during high season (November, December and January).
- A surcharge of 2,50€ will be invoiced for every failed delivery in which the client is responsible, this means any pickup that could not take place for the following reasons:
- The client does not have any parcels to be picked up
- The client does not have the parcels ready to be picked up
- The address provided is wrong or incomplete
- The contact person is absent and the driver can not reach them.

UPS
For the carrier to pick up your parcels you must schedule a pickup after creating your labels. If you wish to schedule a one-time pickup, you can schedule an Incidental Pickup from our panel. - Same day*: 1,35€ per pickup
- Next work day*: 0,73€ per pickup
- Surcharge for residential pickup (applies for both home pickups and companies that operate from a home address): 1,05€ per pickup. Learn about other surcharges with UPS here.
- Minimum parcels to be picked up: 1 parcel per pickup
- Pallets are not accepted.

CTT Express

Attention: CTT Express does not copy the Address 2 line field, all Address information needs to be on Address line 1 (300 characters max.) in your Pickup Address. Pick&Return methods are also subject to the incidental pickup fee and will be invoiced afterward.

To cancel an incidental pickup you must contact support. Cancellation via the panel is not supported via the Sendcloud panel once the pickup has been assigned to the local office responsible for the pickup.

Terms & Conditions
Please keep in mind that in case of not complying with the aforementioned conditions, the carrier may apply a surcharge, which will be reflected in your upcoming invoices.
If you schedule a pickup directly with the driver or local office, Sendcloud is NOT responsible for any incidents incurred, both failed pickup and parcels being lost/damaged or delayed.
