Purpose: Learn how to connect your own SEUR carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in three easy steps.
Important: the V1 version SEUR SOAP API will not be supported after January 2023. This means that the first version of SEUR is obsolete. Please follow the steps mentioned in the SEUR v2 article to activate your contract.
Note: If the tracking statuses of your parcels aren't being updated, please contact SEUR directly. The tracking settings can be checked with their IT team.

Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
