How to troubleshoot your Bol.com integration with Sendcloud when you receive the message "Unknown error".
Step 1: Instead of going straight to "API keys for product", you first have to toggle the switch on "ik wil mijn oude API keys inzien" to "Ja".
- Once completed, there will be a drowdown with "API keys voor test" and "API keys voor productie".
Step 2: Copy the "API keys voor productie" public and private keys back into your Sendcloud.
- Copy the Bol.com Public key > Past into Sendcloud Bol.com Settings "Bol API key"
- Copy the Bol.com Private Key > Past into Sendcloud Bol.com Settings "Bol API secret"
Don't forget to click save!
