Choosing the correct shipping method to meet your shipping process can be time consuming and confusing. With so many options and prices out there, which carrier and method do you choose that best suits you and your customer? With the Sendcloud shipping Price Calculator, we made the decision easy by providing a fast and reliable comparison across all the carriers you have enabled in your Sendcloud account. Read on to find out how the Price Calculator can help you determine the best shipping method for your needs.
In the shipping Price calculator you can compare prices and insurance coverage across all the carriers you have enabled in your account. You can set the shipping from country, the destination country and the dimensions and weight of the package. You will then be shown all the available shipping methods to this country, plus the price and any included insurance.
Step 1: Go to the price calculator
You can find the Price Calculator in the Settings page in the sub-menu Shipping, or click here.
Step 2: Insert destination details
In the price calculator you can choose between outgoing shipments (Shipping) or incoming shipments (Returns). Select your shipping country and the destination country.
Step 3: Insert shipment details
Underneath the country selection you need to define the shipment weight up to 3 decimal points., You can also add the dimensions of the package if you choose, by including the length, width and height of the box in centimeters.
The picture below is an example that shows the shipping methods from The Netherlands to France with a weight of 1.529 Kilograms. Please note that prices will vary depending on your current subscription plan.

Do you have your own carrier contract? The shipping methods you use with your carrier contract will have a zero euro price in the Price Calculator. You can find these prices in your own contract as they are individual to you.
