Purpose: in this article, you can find the DPD shipping conditions. These are rules set by DPD for sending post and parcels. Some goods and substances may not be sent abroad. Keep in mind the international rules. This prevents customs from seizing or destroying your post.

**Please note that there is no small parcel when sending to Germany. The dimensions of the Normal package (NP - Normalpaket) apply to all weight classes.
Important information about shipments to UK:
Please note that for shipments to the UK, the necessary export documents must be attached clearly visible outside the shipment. In addition, DPD charges a surcharge of €6.45 for these shipments.

Please note that damage reports must be submitted immediately after delivery via the Support in your Sendcloud account. In the event of hidden damage, it is necessary to submit the damage to DPD no later than 7 days after delivery.
In addition, we ask for your understanding that we cannot refund any costs that are not reimbursed by DPD.
Contact our customer service to request individual and regular pick-ups. Please note that in order for DPD to collect you free of charge, you must ship at least 20 parcels per month per collection address.
We need the following information to set up pick-ups at DPD for you:
- Your contact
- Volume(approx. month)
- pick-up address
- telephone number
- pick-up time
A service fee of € 9.95 is due up to and including 29 parcels per month.
If two different collection addresses are stored in a Sendcloud account, DPD AT also charges twice the fee of €9.95
Single parcel pick-ups are charged with an additional 2,00€ service-fee.
Drop off in the parcel shop
Please note that it is not possible to drop off your parcel in the DPD Parcel Shop for Austria.
