Purpose: Learn how to connect your DPD Germany carrier contract with your Sendcloud account in a few steps.
Step 1: Activate your Sendcloud subscription
Sendcloud offers three subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Lite, Growth and Premium.

Step 2: Get the necessary DPD credentials
To get the required credentials, contact your Account Manager at DPD. Depending on your type of contract, they will provide you with either a Delis ID my or a CloudUser ID. This depends on the type of contract that they offer you.
Step 3: Enable your carrier contract
Once you have activated a Sendcloud subscription, you can connect your carrier contract.
In your Sendcloud panel navigate to Shipping > Carriers > My contracts and click Add your own contract. Find DPD Benelux and Germany in the list and click Add contract. Here you can add the credentials needed to validate the connection to the carrier.
Step 4: Enter your DPD contract details
Complete the form with the information below and click Add this contract when you are done. We invite you to contact DPD should you miss any of the required credentials or not know whether you have a Delis ID or CloudUser ID.
- Contract name (optional): This field is optional. You can give a name to the contract in Sendcloud, for example "My DPD Germany contract".
- Delis ID / CloudUser ID: The Delis ID consists of alphanumeric characters (e.g. Sendcloud123). If you are a MyDPD Business client, enter your CloudUser ID instead.

Password / CloudUser Token
DPD provides you with a password that consists of alphanumeric and special characters (e.g. j3Vw|K2_Bt). If you have a CloudUser Token instead, enter it here.

Service: Click the drop-down menu and
- If you have a Delis ID, select API DPD Germany
- If you have a CloudUser ID, select API DPD CloudService Germany.
Receiving tracking updates
In order to make sure you can receive tracking updates via Sendcloud, you need to allow Sendcloud to receive your data. Please follow the steps below:
- Fill out the form: Anmeldeformular_DPD Data Services_sendcloud.
Make sure to (at least) fill in the fields marked with "MANDATORY" and “Ort, Datum, Unterschrift/place, date, signature/ville, date, signature” - Send this form to cit@dpd.de
Activating DPD shipping methods in Sendcloud
Please note that the shipping methods that are included in your DPD contract may not be automatically visible in Sendcloud. To activate them, contact our Support team.
Done! Once you've followed the steps above, your DPD Germany contract should be successfully linked to your Sendcloud account, and you can begin shipping at your DPD rates. When you create a label with a DPD Germany shipping method, the label price will now show as 0.00 EUR in your account.
