If you have your own GLS contract, you can integrate it with us.
To acquire and connect a GLS contract, here is the full process a user needs to follow:
1.Please visit the GLS website in case you don't have your own contract yet and follow the steps mentioned on the Link.
- check with GLS if specific Web-API user is set up for the contract and all permissions are given
- find following credentials: Username, Password, Customer Number, Contact ID
- open Sendcloud Panel > Settings > Carriers & Pricing > My Contracts > Add contract
- enter above mentioned credentials
Important: Since your contract and the relevant shipping methods are individual, please make sure that the shipping methods you have agreed upon are activated with us. Please note that this does not happen automatically. If you do not see the shipping methods, please contact our support / Live Chat.
