Step 1: Activate your SendCloud subscription:
SendCloud offers 3 subscriptions with which you are able to use your own transport contract: Small shop, Large shop and the Business plan.

Step 2. Activate the contract in the SendCloud platform
Open the SendCloud platform. Scroll to "Settings" - "Transporters & Prices" - "My contracts" - "Add your own contract".
In the screen that appears, click on 'Add contract' with DHL Express in this case.
In the resulting screen, you have to fill in the required fields.
In the case of DHL Express, the following information is required;
Please note: When applying for your own contract, it is important that you state that it is a regular DHL Express contract (username, password, account ID) such as a normal DHL express user. When you indicate that you want to send via SendCloud, you will receive a 'sub-account ID'. This won't work.
When the SendCloud subscription and your own contract are activated in your account, you can start shipping!
