Purpose: This guide will walk you through the process of migrating to Shopify Version 2.
Ensure you can complete Step 1 (Review Shopify Checkout Migration Guide).
If you are unable to complete this step, do not migrate to the new Shopify Version 2 checkout system.
Migrating without completing these steps may disrupt your service point's functionality. For any issues or further assistance, please contact our Customer Support team

Step 1: Review Shopify Checkout Migration Guide
Open the Shopify Checkout Migration Guide:
- For Shopify Plus guide
- For Non-Plus guide
Read through the guide on the "checkout" page, "thank you" page, and "status update" page.
If you have other extensions on those pages that Sendcloud does not build, first confirm if they offer the desired functionality using checkout extensions, or find new apps before proceeding.
If no other warnings apart from Sendcloud scripts appear in the report, proceed with Step 2.
Remember to not migrate yet.
Step 2: Enter the Sendcloud Panel
Access the Sendcloud Panel:
- Go to Shipping > Orders > incoming orders view.
- Select the Shopify shop in the integration filters.
If you see a banner about upgrading to the Shopify V2 integration, click the button "Update now" and proceed to Step 3. The old service points picker will stop working now.
If not, contact Customer Support as you might not be added to the beta feature flag.
