Change your current password
To change your password of your Sendcloud account, navigate to Settings > Account.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to the fields regarding changing your password. Fill in your current password for verification purposes and enter your new password. Select "Change password" to save the changes. Your password has now been changed.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page of the Sendcloud panel. Here you can choose the option at the bottom "forgot password?" or use this link.
Here you fill in your email address and click Send. You will then receive a reset email in your mailbox with a link to reset your password. Click this link and you have the option to choose a new password. When you have done so, click save. You can now proceed to login with your newly created password.
