Special shipping methods
SEUR Frío (cold chain shipping solution)
Delivery of fresh products while maintaining the cold chain throughout the entire transport process.
SEUR offers real time cold chain monitoring from collection to delivery. Fresh products are transported at a controlled temperature between 2ºC and 8ºC in a fleet of refrigerated vehicles. Refrigerated storage is also guaranteed by the carrier.
Pickup and home delivery.
SEUR Frío 13:30
Express delivery: your fresh products will be delivered by 13:30 the next day. Pickup to home shipping method.
Destinations: Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal.
SEUR Frío 48
Your products will be delivered within 48 hours. Pickup to home shipping method.
Destinations: Balearic Islands (Spain)
Pickups
Pickups are not available for users with the Free plan. If you have the Free plan, you can use a shipping method that includes drop off (like Shop2Shop and Shop2Home).
Incidental pickups
Lite, Growth and Premium users can request incidental pickups directly from the Sendcloud panel. Read our article How can I request a parcel pickup? for the instructions.
Please remember to complete the reference field when requesting the pickup. Otherwise, the pickup request will fail. This is obligatory for SEUR.
Recurring pickups
Lite, Growth and Premium users can request recurring or fixed pickups by providing our support team with the following information.
Required information to activate fixed pickups
- Carrier: Seur
- Company name
- Contact person
- Address, house number, flat number
- Postal code and city
- Phone (Spanish)
- E-mail address
- Amount of packages
- Total weight
- Size of packages (envelope, small, medium, large)
- Pickup days (Monday-Friday)
- Time frame: mornings (9:00-13:00) or afternoons (15:00-19:99). This depends on the remoteness of your pickup address.
- Seur Frío: To ship fresh goods with SEUR Frío, you must have activated "SEUR Frío" in advance in your Sendcloud panel. Read Step 3 of our article How to activate SEUR and ship with Sendcloud rates to learn how to do it.
Paperless trade
SEUR allows for customs documentation to be sent electronically, preventing the need to physically print and attach multiple copies of required documentation when shipping internationally. Your customs documents will automatically be forwarded to SEUR when you print your shipping label via Sendcloud.
Claims
If you ship with Sendcloud's rates, Sendcloud will be the intermediary between you and SEUR. This means that in case of an incident with one of your parcels, we invite you to open a claim directly from the Support panel in your Sendcloud account. Read our article How do I start an investigation or file a claim for my parcel? for more information.
The average resolution time of a claim by the carrier is 21 days. This is only approximate.

SEUR does not offer any compensation for delayed parcels.
Delivered but not received
- National shipments: Shipping costs + 6,43€/kg
- International (Europe) Classic: Coverage up to €520 per parcel/shipment
- International (Europe) Classic 2Shop: CMR (10€/kg)
Damaged
- National shipments: Shipping costs + 6,43€/kg
- International (Europe) Classic: Coverage up to €520 per parcel/shipment
- International (Europe) Classic 2Shop: CMR (10€/kg)
- The claim must be submitted within seven days of the receipt of the goods
Lost
- National shipments: Shipping costs + 6,43€/kg
- International (Europe) Classic: Coverage up to €520 per parcel/shipment
- International (Europe) Classic 2Shop: CMR (10€/kg)
Unjust return
- Clients with CCN: Payment of 33% of the postage
- Shipments of 4 or more packages: It will be applied to the number of packages/kg not delivered on time. (Ex: Shipment of 8 packages of equal weight, only 1 is late, in that case SEUR will pay 1/8 of the total postage).
Failure to comply to the agreed transport conditions of SEUR may result in you receiving a surcharge. When you ship with SEUR, you automatically agree to these conditions.
