General surcharges
Fuel surcharges
SEUR applies an energy (fuel) surcharge to all shipments. The percentage is updated on a monthly basis and varies per destination: domestic shipments and to Portugal or international shipments. Visit the carrier's official website to check the current percentage.
Remote areas
SEUR applies a surcharge to shipments to remote areas.
Mainland Spain
The remote surcharge for Mainland Spain destinations is already added in the label price. Please click here to download the list of the postal codes in Mainland Spain for which the remote surcharge is already included.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other international destinations
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and all other international destinations, the remote area surcharge will be invoiced separately. The price of this surcharge is 1.70 EUR per parcel.

Urban areas
For SEUR 24, a remote area is an area located 50 km away from the center of the capital of the province.
No parcels (or less parcels than agreed) at collection
If collections with less than the parcels agreed exceed 20 % of the total collections organized, SEUR will charge the excess with 3.20 EUR per collection. Minimum amount of parcels: 5 parcels per collection.
Oversize surcharges
This surcharge will be taken into account when a shipment exceeds one of the following weight/size limits:

Cross-border security surcharge
The carrier applies a surcharge of 0.40 EUR per parcel to cross-border shipments shipped with their International Classic shipping methods.
International customs destinations
Export to European non EU-destinations
SEUR applies a surcharge of 3 EUR to each parcel shipped to European countries that are not part of the European Union; i.e. to destinations that involve customs procedures.
The carrier also applies, on top of this surcharge, a surcharge per clearing document. This surcharge varies depending on the origin of the shipment:
