Purpose: get familiar with the different Sendcloud subscription plans and understand why your plan might be named different than the ones shown in the banners on the Help Center.
Sendcloud renewed their various subscriptions in March 2023 (the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, and Italy) and late 2022 (Germany, Austria, and Great Britain). Check below to see if your on one of our Legacy plans or on our current plans:

I'm on a Legacy plan - what does this mean?
It means that you were already a customer of Sendcloud before we updated our plans. It also means that you're staying on your current plan for now. However, when you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you can only switch to our new subscriptions. As long as you stay on your current plan, nothing changes for you.
What happens when my current monthly/yearly subscription ends?
- When your subscription ends - whether that's monthly or yearly - you can simply renew your subscription. Only when you decide to upgrade or downgrade, you'll move to our current plans.
Will I automatically be transferred to the new subscriptions and if so, when?
- There'll come a time where we move everyone from the Legacy plans to our current plans. When this happens, we'll inform you in advance.
