Short answer: To check the status of your shipment please check the carrier's official tracking page. If you ship from Italy with Sendcloud's rates, you can use BRT's page or Poste Italiane's page.
Explanation: As Sendcloud is only the intermediary between merchants and carriers, we only have the official information that is shared with us by the carrier regarding the status of your shipment. If your shipment is delayed and thus more than 48 hours have passed since the parcel was shipped, we recommend that you submit a Shipment delayed request directly from the Support section of your Sendcloud panel. This will allow us to start an investigation with the carrier. We will come back to you as soon as we receive feedback from the carrier.
