GLS BusinessParcel + ShopDelivery is the national shipping solution to have your parcels delivered at a ParcelShop of the recipient's choice.

- Parcels are delivered within 24 hours in Austria
- The recipient is informed when the parcel can be picked up (via SMS or email)
- The consignee has 8 working days in which to collect their item from the ParcelShop

GLS EuroBusiness is an international home delivery shipping method that allows you to ship to countries within Europe. Shipments to neighbouring countries are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For the more distant countries within Europe, the turnaround time is within within 72-96 hours.

How does GLS pick up work?
You can request an incidental or a recurring pickup.
Incidental pickup:
- If you are a new customer, please make sure to first reach out to our customer support team
- Sendcloud will provide you with a user ID. You will later need this ID to request incidental pickups.
- From now on you can contact GLS directly for incidental pickups via: Bernhard.drassnar@gls-austria.com. Make sure to add your user ID in the subject when submitting your request.
- If you wish to have a collect on the same day, you need to ask before 11:00. If it is for the next day, then you have until 17:00 to do so.
- Free of charge
- To cancel a pickup, please contact GLS promptly
- Minimum of 5 parcels per day/per pick up
Recurring pickup:
- You can request a recurring pick up by reaching out to our Support team via the chat or a support ticket
- Time frames: upon request
- Minimum of 5 parcels per day/per pick up
- GLS will need to know the following information: Address, package quantity, approximate weight per package, desired pick up times and contact details of the respective contact person on site (at merchant)
