Short answer: your invoice address and e-mail can be changed in the Address section of your Sendcloud account. Your CoC and VAT number can only be updated on request.

Update your CoC and VAT number
To comply with our Terms and conditions, VAT and CoC numbers can only be updated by Sendcloud.
Changing your CoC number: To update your CoC number, please contact our customer support team. Make sure to include your new CoC number and the updated company registration documents.
Changing your VAT number: Has your company been taken over and do you need to update the VAT number? In that case, we require an official written confirmation. This confirmation must be stamped with a company stamp or signed by a representative of the new company. This confirms that Sendcloud is authorized to use the VAT number of the new company.
