In case of a carrier outage or other technical incidents, please take a look at our Statuspage.

📌The retention periods for parcels delivered from the 1st of November*, will be reduced to 8 days**.
- This modification is the result of Mondial Relay's will to ensure an excellent service where the greatest number can be served, but also to prevent your pick-up points to be forced to refuse your parcels because they have reached their limit. With the same logic, this decision prevents having to offer other service points to your customers due to saturation.
- The notifications will be adapted to this change as follows: one notification upon receipt of the parcel at the service point, then one on D+2 and finally one on D+6.
*This new delay for your parcels' retention in service point will be applied for the whole peak season, but also after it. It is the new retention period for parcels with Mondial Relay.
**The count begins the day following the deposit at a Service Point or lockers.
