Your Success Manager will act as your main point of contact in Sendcloud for all your business-related enquiries. Our Success Managers are experts in the field of e-commerce. They're there to help you, not only with questions or feedback you may have about using Sendcloud, but also to grow your business.
They’ll help you figure out what the right subscription plan is for you based on your seasonal peak volumes. Likewise, they’ll also discuss with you which Sendcloud features can make the biggest impact to your workflow and show you how to use them.
What can I expect from my Customer Success Manager?
Your dedicated Success Manager will schedule regular check-ins with you to see how things are going. During your check-in, they’ll gather your feedback about what’s working well, and what we can improve in the service we offer to you. They may also contact you about exclusive VIP events, marketing opportunities and success stories, so we can grow and inspire each other.
The kind of help you can expect from your Success Manager includes:
- Suggesting useful industry and agency contacts
- Putting you in touch with carrier contacts
- Acting as a conduit between you and other Sendcloud departments
- Help you improve your workflow or manage seasonal/peak volumes
- Advice and assistance to help you scale your current business
- Forwarding feedback or new feature requests to our development team
- Show you how you can fully utilize Sendcloud features
Support with technical or shipment related questions
Although your Success Manager will be your go-to person within Sendcloud, it's important to note that they don’t deal with technical issues (such as bug reporting, questions about your invoice or platform performance) or shipment related questions (such as missing parcels, or questions about insurance and surcharges).
