Purpose: This article explains how to set up the TEMU integration with Sendcloud during the beta phase. You’ll learn which steps are required in your TEMU account and in Sendcloud, and how to securely share the necessary API keys so the integration can be activated for you.
Before you start
To enable the TEMU integration, you will need to share several credentials with Sendcloud.
Follow the steps below to collect the required information. Once you have everything ready, you can share it with your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support.
Connect TEMU to your Sendcloud account
Step 1Get your access token from TEMU
Follow these steps in your TEMU account to generate an access token:
- Log in to your TEMU account.
- In the left-side menu, go to the Apps & Services, then App Store.
- In the App Store search bar (top right), search for the Sendcloud app by eCommeleon.
- Click Authorize.
- Select all checkboxes and submit.
- After submitting, you may be redirected to Sendcloud. Go back to TEMU to continue the steps below.

Apps & Services then Manage my apps. - In Actions, click View access info.
- Copy the Access token and save it securely. You’ll need this token later.
⚠️ Important
If you operate multiple TEMU country stores, you must install the Sendcloud app by eCommeleon separately in each store.
Each store generates its own Access token. All tokens must be shared individually with Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager.
Step 2Create an API integration in Sendcloud
Next, create a new API integration in your Sendcloud account:
- Log in to your Sendcloud account.
- Navigate to Settings then Integrations.
- Create a new "Sendcloud API" integration.
- Enter a name for the integration.
- Click Save.
After saving, your Sendcloud API credentials (Private key and Secret key) will be displayed automatically.
What happens next?
- After you’ve shared all required details, Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager will configure the integration on your behalf.
- No additional setup is required from your side while this configuration is in progress.
- You’ll be contacted as soon as the TEMU integration is ready for use.
