Nominated day delivery lets your customers choose when to receive their orders
Dynamic Checkout allows your customers to plan exactly which day they want to receive their parcels via nominated day delivery. Once integrated, a delivery day picker, which you can fully customise to match your brand colours, will appear on your checkout. Your customer can then select a delivery day up to 14 days in the future.
Not only can you now offer unparalleled customer service to your valued customers, but the chance of them missing their delivery is dramatically reduced. Input your working days and cut-off time for order processing, and Sendcloud will let you know when to process your orders in time for delivery. Available for Premium plan subscriptions.
Available from the Growth Shop plan
Same-day delivery offers the same experience as a physical shopfront - receive your order the same day you purchase
Offer an unbeatable delivery experience to your customers by letting them receive their order on the very same day they place it. Customise your cut-off time to organise your logistics workflow around customer delivery times. Available from Growth subscription plans and upwards.
Available from the Lite plan
Standard delivery provides highly flexible shipping options to any country in the world
You can create a delivery zone for any country in the world using Dynamic Checkout. Within each delivery zone, you can create multiple shipping options, including standard and next day deliveries. Your customers get more choice over how they want their order to be delivered, and you never have to manually adjust shipping methods based on shipping location.
When your customer inputs their address information at checkout, they will only be able to see the shipping methods which apply to them. Available for both domestic and international deliveries, from Lite subscription plans and upwards.

Service point delivery lets you deliver to a service point in your customer's area
You can create a shipping method for service point delivery that lets your customers choose a convenient location to have their parcel delivered to. You can enable multiple carriers per shipping method, so there will always be an available service point location for your customers to select, or create multiple service point delivery shopping methods to charge individual delivery rates per carrier.
Sendcloud helps you plan when to hand over your parcels
We know that the logistics behind making sure orders arrive exactly as planned can be tricky to manage. How do you make sure you always ship your parcels in time?
Dynamic Checkout is designed to make your life easier, alongside your customers’. You enter the days you hand over your parcels to the carrier, in addition to your cut-off time for processing packages, into the panel. We’ll do the work of calculating when you need to hand them over.
You can now view the parcel handover dates for nominated day deliveries in your incoming order overview.
Visual cues and the ability to filter by handover date help you organize your workflow and keep on top of your delivery schedule.
Customise your shipping service to suit your customer base
Do you ship age-restricted products, or time-sensitive shipments? We help you craft the perfect delivery product. Filter based on the additional shipping functionalities you want to include, and we’ll show you what your options are.
