Purpose: Learn how to connect your Kaufland store to Sendcloud and choose how your Kaufland orders are imported.
Step 1: Generate your Kaufland API keys
To connect Kaufland to Sendcloud, you need a Client Key and a Secret Key from your Kaufland seller account.
- Log in to the Kaufland Seller Portal. If you don't have a Kaufland seller account, you can register there.
-
Go to Settings > Shop settings > API.
-
Click Generate new API key.
- Copy your Client Key and Secret Key and keep them somewhere safe. You need both in step 2.
Step 2: Connect Kaufland to Sendcloud
- In the Sendcloud panel, go to Settings > Integrations and find Kaufland in the list.
- Click Connect to open the connection settings.
- Enter a name for your integration.
-
In the API username field, enter your Client Key, followed by a / and the two-letter country code of your storefront. For example:
- Poland:
1234asdf1234asdf1234asdf1234asdf/pl - Czech Republic:
1234asdf1234asdf1234asdf1234asdf/cz
You can look up the correct code in the ISO country code database. If you don't add a country code, Sendcloud connects your default storefront.
- Poland:
- In the API password field, enter your Secret Key.
- Click Save.
Sendcloud validates your credentials and starts importing your orders in the background. Your Kaufland orders appear in your Incoming orders overview, where you can process your orders and print your shipping labels.
Sendcloud also updates your orders in Kaufland with the carrier and tracking number of each shipment. Kaufland doesn't support tracking links, so Sendcloud doesn't send these to Kaufland.
Step 3: Choose how orders are imported
You can import each Kaufland order as one complete order, or split it into separate orders for each item it contains (order unit). To choose your synchronization type:
- In the Sendcloud panel, go to Settings > Integrations and open your Kaufland integration.
- Go to Configure synchronization type.
-
Select the synchronization type you want to use and click Save.
