Whether you're a small boutique or a growing enterprise, this feature equips you with the tools to tailor your packing slips according to your brand identity and customer needs.
Customise your packing slip settings
- Log in to your Sendcloud account
- Navigate to Shipping > Printing options
- Click on Packing Slips
- Select your preferences for custom notes, product images, and highlighting item quantity
- Click on Update settings
Below you can find some examples of how you can customise your packing slip:
- Custom notes. Use this section to provide return instructions, request reviews, or simply add a personal touch with a thank you message.
- Product images. Enhance transparency and clarity by including images of the ordered items on the packing slip.
- Highlight item quantity. Ensure order accuracy by flagging duplicate products in orders, making picking and packing an effortless experience for the packer.
Adding a QR Code & Custom URL Link to Your Packing Slip
In addition to the above, you can also add a QR code or custom URL link for returns:
- Return Portal Link: You can link the QR code to your return portal, allowing customers to easily initiate the return process by simply scanning the code with their smartphone.
- Custom URL Link: Alternatively, you can add a custom link (for example, a link to download the return label or to view specific return instructions) by selecting the "link" option in the dropdown menu.

- Disable QR Code: If you don't want the QR code to appear, uncheck the "Show QR code" option.
